It’s been a while since I’ve shared my workspace and today it has something shiny and “new” to me on it! Check out that professional level Canon EOS 5D Mark II. This girl just upgraded!! I am so thankful I could cry.
I swear, if you start following the path that God calls you to, then He makes a way. Andy and I were just starting to consider buying me a professional level camera and were quickly overwhelmed by the investment; particularly, because, at the moment, this blog makes exactly $0. A few days into researching, a new friend in the neighborhood and I were texting.
She says, “Hey, by the way, did you know I used to be professional wedding photographer? Well, if you’re interested, I happen to have a second camera body and lens I’m thinking about selling soon.”
I was literally floored.
She sold me both for less than what we paid for my consumer level Canon body and lenses almost 8 years ago! She also passed on her first flash (so sweet and sentimental!) and a SD card for me. Literally, I can’t even handle it. I am undone by this friend and God’s provision through her.
So if you need me, I’m going to be a little shutterbug for the foreseeable future. My prayer is that I will continue to stay true to His vision and purpose; not my own ambition.
Philippians 4:19:
“And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
